How do I replace the black chocolate with milk chocolate?
What should I do to reduce the amount of sugar? Do you have any recipes requiring milk chocolate (melted)? When making cake or brownies How can I do thanks.
The black chocolate usually is not as sweet as milk chocolate, however find the content of cocoa before adjusting the ingredients. When using a special chip Hershey chocolate black, not make any adjustment. I think the end result is perfect. Unless you have a specific recipe difficult to know how to advise on adjustments.
