How can I make a great cup of cocoa?

I love soft, dark chocolate (not the watered-down chocolate syrup). I have a can of dark cocoa well. Can you help me make a nice soft chocolate drink? Is it necessary to add carrageenan to be extra soft? Or one that goes well with a touch of cinnamon.Thanks! ;-)

I make my own syrup Cook 1 cup sugar and 1 / 2 cup of cocoa with a bit of evaporated milk - cook until the sugar dissolves. It has to boil. Then they use to flavor the milk. If you want the drink to be very rich and creamy at the time I add extra cream or evaporated milk. I have very good reviews and so you can make it as sweet and rich as you can stand ..
