vegan chocolate?
I used to be veg No recently turned vegan. I wondered if black Lindt 85% chocolate is vegan? The ingredients are: cocoa mass, cocoa powder, low fat, cocoa butter, Demerara sugar, natural Bourbon vanilla beans. Many contain traces of soy lecithin, hazelnuts, almonds and milk. Does the "traces of milk" to say that there is milk chocolate? black or chocolate made in line with products that have milk? Does that mean this is not technically vegan chocolate? Thanks guys = 0)
It seems to be vegan. Traces of milk means exactly that, it could have a tiny amount of milk in the product due to manufacturing equipment and facilities shared. Most vegans and vegan societies still consider this vegan. I would recommend to make a fair trade movement dark chocolates, such as sharing the same or Rapunzel. In addition, veganstore.com sells various types of chocolate vegan including Whizzers made in a factory dairy free, and make the cocoa beans (like M & M's), footballs (like Kisses Hershey's), and speckled eggs (eggs Cadbury crunchy).
