
Have I eaten today so far wrong?
I am 14 and I'm not counting my calories, I'm just making sure that no more food. (Pongo calories just to see what consumes me) I'm fat / chubby, and usually eat more food so my body needs. Breakfast: -1 Poptart toasted (which never usually have these ... They are sooo delicious roasted) -1 silhouette yogurt (35 CAL) -1 mini box of raisins (40 CAL)-half a banana (50 CAL)-a few black chocolate chips (30 CAL) Snack: Sliced apple with cinnamon (90 CAL)-Chai tea with a little milk (20 cals) Lunch: going to lunch in 10 minutes. I have no idea what they have. I I was thinking: -1 fried eggs (100 CAL) -1 slice of whole grain toast (70 CAL), vegetables (50 CAL) Second Snack: popcorn made at home about 4 or 5 cups (7.5 cups = 150 CAL!)-Apple (90 CAL) Dinner: "I have no idea The only exercise I did was Billy Blanks cardio workout. And I intend to walk my dog during 25 minutes. Later I go shopping. Thank you!
The poptart was not ideal, but overall this is really very good. You could do a little more if. 2 eggs and 2 slices of bread would be better at lunch, and a little more, eg breakfast cereal, oatmeal. You have a good intake of fruits and vegetables. x
