how to make my choc chip muffins darker?
I just did a test on chocolate muffins, but are light in color. I want to look like that shops get very dark sponge. What makes this color? The only ingredient in my recipe is dark cocoa powder
Melt some of the sparks of chocolate and add to the dough before adding the solid chocolate.
