I need a recipe for mint chocolate mousse - Can anyone help me?

I'm making chocolate orange mousse (eggs, cream, orange juice, orange peel, chocolate black) and the need for a similar recipe for mint chocolate mousse for people who do not like orange. Can anyone help me?

Ingredients * 1 1 / 2 cups miniature marshmallows * S * 1 / 3 cup milk * 6 to 8 drops red liquid food coloring (optional) * 36 HERSHEY 'Mint Chocolate Kisses, wrap * 1 cup whipping cream * 1 (4 ounce) package ready-made mini graham cracker crust * Garnish: fresh mint sprigs Preparation Cook marshmallows and milk in a heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, 6 to 8 minutes or until marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth. Pour 1 / 3 cup marshmallow mixture into a bowl, and, if desired, add food coloring, set aside. Stir chocolate mixture remaining marshmallow mint in a pan, and cook, stirring constantly, over low heat 4 to 6 minutes or until chocolate melts. Remove pan from heat, and let the chocolate mixture stand for 1 hour or until cool. Beat whipping cream at medium speed with an electric mixer until stiff. Double 1 cup whipped cream into chocolate mixture in a pan, and spoon-shaped ready-made partner in crusts of mini cookies. Fold remaining whipped cream to reserved 1 / 3 cup marshmallow mixture. Dollop marshmallow mixture evenly over the mixture of chocolate. Chill 3 to 4 hours or until set. Garnish, if desired. * 15 large marshmallows can be substituted for other miniature. Note: For a variation, substitute Hershey's Chocolate Kisses Hershey's Kisses Mint Chocolate, and add 1 / 4 teaspoon almond extract or 2 tablespoons Kirsch or other cherry liqueur flavored with 1 / 3 cup marshmallow mixture. Prepare as directed, omitting the mini graham cracker crust, and spoon evenly into 4 parfait glasses. Chill as directed.
