
How can I make an egg less creamy dark chocolate filling for a cake?
I can not cook or anything, but I made two apple pies Sometimes for fun and my daughter wanted. She is allergic to eggs, so I found a recipe for egg less bark, but can not find any chocolate filling it. I would pour the chocolate filling on top of strawberry so it has to be very creamy. Help!

This is a great recipe http://www.kitchenchick.com/2004/05/chocolate_tofu_.html The lady who came with This recipe puts the fruit on top instead of at the landfill. It really is just sooo sooo good!! I see no reason why a baked pie shell does not work to the cortex (using graham cracker crust or Oreo crust, if you're in the UK working digestive biscuits in place of biscuits) I can only would think it might make the short crust pastry shell a little wet if not eaten relatively quickly ...
