Graffiti / Club / Hip Hop Theme for Sweet 16?

I am having a teenager in a few months and I have a dilemma! My party is going to be in a club, glow sticks, dark, virgin drinks (without alcohol) and nine over. Also, my theme is inclined to Jordan dunks vs (some people will use Jordan and some people will use dunks but need not) need more ideas like bubbles, fog, chocolate fountain, blah, blah, blah ... idk. For graffiti I know that my invitations are going to be in graffiti, but I have no idea really what to hip hop for the graffiti part of the party. Oh yea one more thing i do not know what I must call my party * [my name is Sadia] * I hope anyone can help me = / Thanks in Advance
