I need to know how dark chocolate is harmful.?

I know that drinking one or two glasses of red wine a day helps the heart, but so dark chocolate does. Well, I just do not want to ruin a perfectly good reason for alcohol for Health reasons.

Chocolate is my favorite. What would life be without it (two thumbs for you)
