how to make brownies and cookies?

I have this Recipe for brownies. 150 g of black chocolate and 100g of melted butter and mix this time I have 2 eggs cup sugar and one cup all-purpose flour. So if you make it known in a skillet. my question is>> on the basis of this Recipe are can do as cookies instead of cake?? if it does mean that I can do them. if not tell me how to do it?? and if the recipe is not good advise me with the recipe. thanks for your help! (3 oz, 86 g) butter or margarine 1-1/4 cups sugar 3 eggs 2 teaspoons. vanilla 1 cup flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 / 4 tsp. salt 2 cups chopped walnuts (optional) Preheat oven to 325 ° F. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring halfway heating time. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Stir sugar into chocolate mixture until blended. Mix the eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in nuts (Dough will be soft). Drop by rounded tablespoon onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake: 12 minutes or until set. DO NOT OVER BAKE. Cool 5 minutes, remove from cookie sheet. Cool completely on wire rack.
