milk chocolate instead of dark ganache?
I tried using bars of Cadbury milk chocolate ganache truffles and I now keep my custom ganache form for more than 5 minutes just melts is because i didn't use black chocolate?
yes. milk chocolate is smooth and creamy chocolate dark.
