
Well folks, my last menu fell a storm - as for filling dinner for my friends thought i vegetables ....?
I will char-grill some courgettes (zucchini) baby aubergines (eggplant), red and yellow peppers, mushrooms and onions and roast them in a rich fresh tomato and basil sauce with a little garlic, and make some pasta with spinach and make a layer of lasagna with creamy bechamel sauce, vegetarian cheese on top - a fresh salad and a little garlic and herbs homemade bread. They want my famous fruit skewers with two sauces of Chocolate, one white with raspberry liqueur and a dark, but I can make a currant lemon and raspberry cheesecake too (all fruits and vegetables from my garden) sound good or should I change anything?
