
Creative dishes of your own?
Has anyone created a dish of their own. What is the name and what they are. Mine is coffee and cardamom, caramel sabayon cake. It is a dark chocolate brownie on the bottom (not too sweet), with pecans. The filling is a mousse and iced coffee sabayon cardamom caramel sauce mixed with it. The cover is a coffee gelee infused with Anisse star, vanilla and cardamom. It is decorated with cardamom biscuits and candied walnuts. I do individually before serving, and do a set in the middle of the dessert spoon some of the mousse and fill with liquid caramel sauce. If I serve a big one to the caramel sauce on top.
I call it "stuff sausage in a saute pan with olive oil amt in order .. then remove to each pot ...... some sliced onion and garlic miced, some sliced Italian sausage (hot or sweet) a cut potato, slices of zucchini, green pepper, chopped some ... cover this with a jar of spaghetti sauce simmering on low heat in covered pot for an hour or 2 until all is tender, in the last 45 minutes cooking add a bag of frozen green beans. reallllllllllllllllly this is good and filling too .. as a kind of Italian stew of all kinds:)
