How to fix bitter fudge?
I made a batch of fudge by following a recipe I had never used before. It turned out to be a dark chocolate tasting fudge and NO ONE in our household likes dark chocolate. Any idea how to fix it? Could I melt it in the microwave and add powdered sugar and butter? Would that take away some of the bitter dark chocolate flavor or would that just make a mess?
If it was myself I would try adding semi-sweet chocolate morsels to the mixture.
