fruit cake with chocolate ganache?
I'm making a wedding cake, a fruit and the bottom layer is a fruit cake with some chocolate chips dark. The two layers are Ganac caramel mud cake with white chocolate. Is it OK to cover the fruit tart with ganache? I know it's traditional fruit cake, marzipan icing .. but I want the cake to be the same for all three levels abroad
