Do you think dark Chocolate hair for me? What should I ask the hairdresser? Pic?

It's a really embarrassing picture, when I thought underplucked brows and low-cut tops were great. Im 16 now, and from that photo blonde highlights I would have to cover more of the highlights, as are Orange or anything if I go dark? My hair is usually lighter in the sun, so if you get it dyed, charges will disappear in summer? My natural color is in the photo, but my roots are very dark. So do you think I appropriate? I think you should go to a strip of soft, slightly wavy hair in that color. It would adorable.
