Diet Review: Are you on a diet
I am currently following You: On a diet Owner's Manual for Waist Management by Dr. Mehmet Oz and Dr. Michael Roizen. If you watch Oprah Winfrey regularly, you've seen these doctors 2 times.
When I bought the book, I was fearless, because I thought they had to follow the diet to exact specifications. Unfortunately, I personally do not care for the recipes in the book and I was stuck on this fact until I realized that food and could adapt the recipes to my liking, and it worked well for me.
Owner's Manual for Waist Management reminds me of the diet fat followed for years, only allowed more fat, nuts, and oil - a good oil such as canola and olive oil. Anything from the produce department generally allowed. Prepackaged foods are not recommended, but not the diet police will come after you if you eat it.
This easy to follow diet remove the garbage from your diet - junk carbohydrates, fat and calories. You begin to recognize corn syrup high-fructose as their enemy. You are invited to eat and all natural - whole grains, wheat and oats, and advised him to stay away from white flour.
You finally learn to read labels and separate fact from advertising package. You will learn what is the difference between a package of measures announced by the 100% whole wheat, which actually contains.
You get an understanding of how your body naturally can take you to a healthy weight with the right foods and activities.
You will learn to make Automatic diet and part of their daily lives.
You'll lose inches and pounds. I started the diet in January 2007 and at this writing, I lost 35 pounds and 7 ½ inches my waist. I do not exercise the way you: on a diet recommended, otherwise I'm sure you lose more inches.
You will find it is okay to make mistakes - if you make a mistake, simply make a You Turn. This is important. How many times have you gone on a diet only once and then give up? You Turn A will keep you from giving up and help you succeed in your journey of weight loss.
The You: on a diet doctors stress the dangers of the omentum, a live band of fat around your waist, under the muscles of the stomach, and omentum has effects on all vital organs.
You withdraw from sugar. In fact, I consider this the most important part of the diet, and very important to me. If you can get through the first, and until the second week you'll be well on your way to eliminate sugar from your diet - and not even miss it! The diet allows black Chocolate occasionally. I think that when I eat it (for me, is once a month, usually, but you can eat more often) I enjoy immensely.
I have found that junk food cravings we all so familiar with has disappeared. I no longer crave Doritos and ice cream. The anxiety that I have are for healthy food, and eat them without guilt.
Owner's Manual for Waist management talks to you in layman's terms - it does not take a rocket scientist to understand. I recommend you buy the book and start diet.
