The absolute best dark chocolate?

Any bars or bite size peices, or whatever, and the price is not the concern here. I want to my wife for her birthday a bit at the end of the month, and although I've found a handful of online sites that seem to offer large selections, I still would like hear some opinions.

Black and Green Organic 70% Dark is really good. But you can not beat Dove Dark either. Dove Dark I've never seen in the UK, but may be available on the Internet. If your in St. Louis, Bissingers will have the best deal when it comes to chocolate.
