Will stay thick Cool Whip if not refrigerated?

I'm making a new dessert: half a lady finger raspberry gelatin Cool Whip (such time) the half a lady finger (like a middle cover) all with black chocolate drizzle melted chocolate from the hot, the Cool Whip will turn to liquids?

when i accidentally leave out the cool whip, begins to separate .... .... ewwwwwwww just use a little syrup and store into the fridge ... when you think ice cream with hot sauce and whipped cream, which does get a little .... Melty but sounds good!
