I bought this because of a recommendation from a friend. I wanted something natural since I have a sensitive stomach and IBS problems. I have been bloated and I recently upped my fiber intake which has made me feel better in some ways, but caused problems that led me to purchase this. This did not work for me at all. I drank this tea before bed and nothing. 14 hours later, nada. I finally drank some coffee because sometimes that does the trick and it worked instantly. I guess I’ll just to stick to my hit and miss coffee drinking to help the problem…

and the taste was ok, not horrible.

If you’re constipated drink this tea. I’m not particularly fond of the taste, but it’s drinkable and does the job.

This product works great but no nasty side effects. Tastes smooth not a big chocolate flavor but enough for a non-tea drinker to drink it all with no problem.

This is not as sweet or chocolaty as I would have hoped, but it is a nice variation of the natural Smooth Move Tea. As the name says, it’s very smooth: I’ve taken more than 20 of these and I’ve never experienced cramps or other pains that I used to experience with other laxatives. Highly Recommend it.
