Here is a nice menu for a Valentine's dinner which includes the incredibly sexy, dark chocolate dipped strawberries.

Start out with an Appetizer: Coconut Shrimp

Dinner: Chicken Breast stuffed with seasoned broccoli, mozzarella and Asiago cheese. Plus a salad with bits of smoked baked ham - tossed with fresh baby spinach and other greens sprinkled with a light lemon zest and basil, olive oil dressing.
For dessert: Strawberries dipped in fancy and organic 'dark chocolate'.

And if you get a little hungry later on, set up a tray of biscuits with ham and Parmesan cheese spread accompanied with a flute of iced champagne, of course

If you went out for dinner, just serve the dark chocolate dipped strawberries with the champagne or sparkling wine when you get home...
