Dark Chocolate Dieting - Can a Fat Person Keep Dark Chocolate in Their Diet?

I know for sure that dark chocolate has calories, but that it is much healthier than milk or white chocolate. Do you believe that I can keep a small amount of black chocolate in my diet? I'm planning to lose weight, but I'm addicted to dark chocolate. <3:)

Dark chocolate actually has proven to be a healthy supplement to your diet, provided it is consumed in moderation. Dark chocolate contains proteins, antioxidants and can help to lower one's blood pressure for example. Think of dark chocolate as a treasure in your diet. It has a wonderful flavor that can be savored with just a small amount being eaten. Take advantage of that fact and eat a square or maybe two small squares a day, when desired. It will not hurt. =).

Do you know of a moist, black chocolate Recipe Cake that is really good?

I've been searching some time for a chocolate cake Recipe that is outstanding. But no luck. A slice of chocolate cake with a glass of milk is the most delicious dessert in the world.

SUPER MOIST DARK CHOCOLATE CAKE RECIPE

1. 5 cups all-purpose flour (can substitute with whole wheat flour), 3 tablespoons good quality cocoa sifted, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 cup organic white sugar or brown, 0. 5 teaspoons salt (optional), 5 tablespoons canola oil (can substitute with any vegetable oil such as olive oil or even grape seed oil), 1 tablespoon white vinegar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 cup cold water will combine into, by far, the most amazing and deeelightful cake . This recipe is ideal for adults and for children, 3 and up.

1. Put flour in bowl, add cocoa, baking soda, organic sugar and salt and mix well.

2. Make three deep holes in the dry mix. In one, pour the oil, in the next, pour the vinegar, into the third, pour the vanilla.

3. Now pour the water into the bowl, all of this ... making a great big mess....

4. Mix the wet and dry ingredients until no lumps are found and the batter is smooth. Pout mixture into two 9-inch baking pans, two inches deep, they do not have to be greased.

5. Bake at 350 degrees for about half an hour, test with a fork.

Enjoy this delicious cake. You will be amazed of its moisture and richness! Let it the two halves cool down. These can also be frozen now, to be thawed out as needed. Top off with a nice white vanilla butter frosting or with the icing of your choice. The batter can also be used to bake cupcakes!

TIP OF THE DAY:  For an instant, or at least, a faster made cake, measure and premix the dry ingredients, keep them on hand, then simply add the wet ingredients when you want a cool treat or you forgot a birthday...!

Prep Time: 15 min. + 30 min. baking.
