Dark Chocolate - 100% unsweetened juice is the best way to go as far as Health benefits from chocolate?
I graduated eat 1 to 2 seats Daily Lindt chocolate 85% black (which was starting to taste too sweet for me, believe it or not) and 100% unsweetened chocolate (organic cacao tips Dagoba - the only ingredient is 100% organic cacao beans). 1 / 4 oz of these things goes a long way. Going 100% is not for the faint of heart, obviously.
Wow, I see how you can eat chocolate without sugar. Is not it terribly bitter? Chocolaholic am dark, but could not possibly do that! I am sure that is probably healthier than eating chocolate containing sugar and fat. But is it so enjoyable?
